All our S+ S bowls start off with a base of 2 spring onions, ½ a red chilli and 1 garlic clove (crushed) fried together in 1 tsp of coconut oil. All serve 2. Most cook in 10 minutes max. The Be Bold Bowl takes 15-20 minutes. (the sweet potato needs at least 10 minutes to soften)

Carrots + root ginger + shiitake mushrooms + chicken bone broth +
turmeric+ prawns + white miso paste (1 tbsp) + instant miso soup ( x2 sachets)
GREEN TO RESTORE BALANCE:
Eat when you want to feel rested, with a renewed sense of vitality
Courgettes + celery + thyme (2 tsp) + oregano (2 tsp) +
chicken bone broth (2 tbsp) + garlic & herb stock (1 cube and 250ml water) + chicken thighs
RED TO ENERGISE:
Eat when you want to feel strong, assertive, motivated
Beetroot + sweet potato + barberries + kimchi Kraut (add at final minute of cooking time) +
instant red miso soup ( x2 sachets) + umami paste (1 tsp) + cumin (1 tsp)
